Web Accessibility (focus in 25.5)
Spacewell conducted an accessibility review in August 2025 of its Workplace solution to assess compliance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.2 AA). The purpose of this review is to identify areas where the product can be improved to ensure a more inclusive and accessible user experience.
An external accessibility specialist carried out both manual and automated testing on core user flows within the Workplace applications. The results of this assessment were analyzed and translated into a prioritized backlog that will be addressed over the coming months.
We have started implementing improvements, and with each release we will continue to make progress. While no product can achieve 100% WCAG coverage across every feature, we aim to meet the expected level of compliance in a pragmatic and meaningful way.
WCAG itself does not provide a certificate. Instead we will undergo re-audits later in the process, which will result in an updated report reflecting our progress.
