So that I have consistent user experience for making reservations regardless of the user interface I use
Benefits
Offers a unified recurring reservation experience across web (GO), mobile Workplace app & Outlook.
Adds a new input parameter for searching available spaces to book, adding to the convenience of the workplace platform over Outlook
Recurring reservations are synced across systems
Configuration instructions
Turn on “recurring reservations” in Role settings (in Studio) to assign the right to user groups allowed to make reservations

Support for older Signify occupancy sensors
Info
We’ve enhanced our existing integration with Signify’s lighting systems to now support occupancy data from previous generation (POE-based) lighting fixtures, providing even broader coverage and flexibility.
As a facility manager
I want my Signify's POE-based Lighting System to capture real-time occupancy data from lighting nodes and send it to Workplace via the Sensor Spaces API,
So that I can optimize space utilization and improve energy efficiency across different areas of the building, without relying on additional standalone sensors.
Benefits
Expanded Coverage: Building on our existing integration with Signify, this enhancement now supports even more devices, ensuring greater flexibility and coverage.
Broader Data Insights: By incorporating POE-based lighting systems, we can now capture occupancy data from additional areas of the building, improving space utilization analysis.

Browan sensors now send a heartbeat every 4h instead of every 1h. No change to Occupancy data
Info
Optimizing motion heartbeat frequency (in future sending a heartbeat every 4 hours) and extending the device status threshold (device will go in To Check status if no messages received for 8 hours) to reduce the number of messages sent by devices.
As a Facility Manager
I want the motion devices to send heartbeat messages less frequently and change status to "To Check" after 8 hours
so that I can reduce unnecessary alerts and manage devices more efficiently
Benefits
This change will reduce the volume of messages sent, improving system efficiency and reducing notification fatigue.

Sensor Health values for Pointgrab & Xovis updated. No change to Occupancy data
Info
Increasing the threshold for Pointgrab and Xovis to move from "Online" to "To Check" status (from 5 to 15min), reducing premature sensor health notifications.
As a facility manager,
I want the devices to wait 15 minutes before changing from "Online" to "To Check" status,
so that I don't receive unnecessary health notifications about functioning devices.
Benefits
Reduces the likelihood of receiving premature alerts about devices that are still working fine, preventing unnecessary troubleshooting.
Helps streamline communication and reduce alert fatigue for facility managers.
