Reservation Sync - Reconciliation for recurring reservations

The reconciliation service is a functionality that helps keep reservations in Workplace and meetings in Outlook aligned. Its purpose is to increase synchronization accuracy so that room availability reflects the same in both applications.
As a customer using the calendar integration with Outlook
I want to have a reconciliation service that automatically detects and resolves conflicts or out-of-sync reservations between Workplace and Outlook (both single reservations & recurring reservations)
So that I can ensure room availability is always accurate and consistent across both systems, reducing errors and improving scheduling reliability.
As the reconciliation process involves many complex scenarios, the work is divided into multiple parts, with each set of scenarios delivered across several releases:
