Improved access checking for reservable resources

Previously, restricting access to certain resources (such as rooms, equipment, or services) required setting restrictions on the object itself. This meant that users who could not reserve a resource were also unable to view or access the object in Workplace Management.
With this improvement, access is now checked against the reservable object instead.

So that users can still view and manage objects in Workplace Management while restricting reservations where needed.
