Quick start guide
No need to log in! See room reservation status at a glance and make quick reservations on the fly.
Making a simple reservation
- Select one of the buttons to quickly make a reservation for the next 30-60-90 minutes.
- If the location is reserved soon, the relevant buttons will no longer be available.
- Scan the QR code with The Workplace App to find out more details about this location or make a reservation in the future.
Extending a ongoing reservation
When there’s an ongoing reservation, you can « End » or « Extend » a reservation to free up or continue to block (if the time slot after the current reservation is not reserved) the location.
Easily find the room you’ve booked
If a reservation starts in less than 10 minutes, the LED will turn amber, and the reservation subject will be shown. This allows you to quickly identify the right room for your reservation.
Change Language
It’s not possible to change the language. Language is pre-configured by the administrator.
Good to know
The Mini Display supports different scenarios:
- Reservation scenario, showing that the location is
Available: green
- Available, possibly with a reservation starting in less than 10 minutes: amber
- Reserved: red
- If occupancy data is available for the reservable location, it will run the Reservation + Occupancy scenario
Available, not occupied: green
- Available, occupancy detected: amber
- Reserved, not occupied: amber
- Reserved, occupancy detected: red
- If the location is not reservable, but occupancy is tracked for that location, it will run the Occupancy Only scenario
Not occupied: green
- Occupancy detected: red
