To align Workplace Management more closely with the Spacewell Design System and create a more unified product suite, we have implemented several UI updates
New icons to match Spacewell design system
As a step towards this new design, the icons on a button bar are now already aligned to the left.
Navigation menu changes: The top bar now includes an ‘X’ icon when expanded
Subtle visual refinements: among others, includes now have rounded corners, improving overall consistency.
Multi-selection of Legislation Suggestions per Asset

The legislation suggestion overview now supports selecting and linking multiple legislation suggestions per asset, displayed as separate lines in the interface.
As a compliance officer
I want to be able to link multiple applicable legislation items to an asset directly from the suggestion overview
So that I can ensure all relevant regulations are correctly applied without needing to manually search and link them.

Bulk update for legislation documents

The legislation documents overview now supports bulk actions, allowing users to mark multiple documents as "Not Applicable" with a single action, including adding the mandatory reason.
As a compliance officer
I want to mark multiple legislation documents as ‘not applicable’ in one go and provide a reason for this
So that I can efficiently manage large sets of documents and maintain compliance records accurately.
