Asset for key users
Spacewell Scan
Scan a QR code. Report an issue. No app, no login.
Anyone can report: Employees, visitors, patients, residents, contractors. Scan the code on a room or asset, describe the problem, done.
AI built in 4x: Cleans up messy text, suggests the likely issue, derives problem type and subject, and flags known issues to cut duplicates.
Cleaner tickets, less triage: More issues captured, well-formed tickets, earlier intervention, straight into Spacewell Asset. No separate platform.
Service Level Agreements for Corrective work orders with supplier-level activation
Info
SLAs can now be enabled for corrective work orders, tracking the time between sending and completing a work order. Once enabled, users get direct SLA insights on work orders, dedicated SLA overviews on the service desk and work order executor startboards, and a dedicated SLA dashboard. Supplier-specific SLAs are also supported, allowing time-to-complete targets to be configured per priority per supplier.
As a service desk user or work order executor
I want SLA tracking available on corrective work orders
So that I can monitor deadlines and ensure work is completed within agreed timeframes
Benefits
SLA insights directly on corrective work orders, including time left to complete
Dedicated SLA dashboard for corrective work orders
Supplier-specific SLAs for more precise deadline management per supplier
Planned end date on work order automatically set to the calculated deadline when left empty
Full SLA visibility in service desk and work order executor startboard overviews

Enhanced SLA visibility and control for Requests
Info
Service level agreement (SLA) functionality for requests has been significantly improved. Users now see remaining time before SLA deadlines directly on a request, a dedicated SLA tab provides a full overview of SLA details and any manual date deviations, and the service desk startboard overviews now include more SLA-related insights. Administrators can now centrally manage SLAs, priorities, and SLA dashboards through a dedicated navigation menu option.
As a service desk user
I want clear and direct insight into SLA status and deadlines on my requests
So that I can act on time and avoid breaching service level agreements
Benefits
See remaining time before SLA deadlines directly on the request
Dedicated SLA tab for a complete overview of details and manual deviations
Clearer field labels reduce confusion (e.g. 'Time to complete' instead of 'Handle time')
More SLA insights in service desk startboard overviews
Centralized SLA management for administrators via a new navigation menu option

Generate checklist-work orders from project phases
Info
It is now possible to create checklist work orders directly from the 'Work orders' tab of a project phase — the same way checklists already work for buildings, areas and assets. Reusable checklist templates can be defined for project phases, and the generated work orders are visible on both the project phase and the project itself.
As a project manager
I want to create checklist work orders directly from a project phase
So that I can standardize and track quality checks as part of my project workflow
Benefits
Create checklist work orders directly from a project phase without extra navigation
Reusable checklist templates save time across different projects
Full visibility of checklist work orders at both phase and project level

Include financial administration in project closure
Info
A new optional setting in the project module allows a 'Financial administration' status to be added between finishing and closing a project. When enabled, completing the 'Finish project' task moves the project to a 'Financial administration' status first, giving teams an explicit step to handle financial wrap-up before the project is fully closed.
As a project manager
I want an optional financial administration step in the project closing workflow
So that financial wrap-up is explicitly handled before a project is marked as closed
Benefits
Ensures financial administration is completed before a project is closed
Adds a clear, recognizable status for the financial wrap-up phase
Configurable per customer to match their specific closing process

Compliance: Improved high-volume legislation suggestion generation
Info
Generating legislation suggestions in the compliance module is now handled as a background task. Users no longer need to wait for the process to finish and can continue working in the application while suggestions are being generated. This also resolves an issue where large numbers of suggestions could previously cause a system error.
As a compliance user
I want legislation suggestions to be generated without interrupting my work
So that I can continue working even when processing large volumes of suggestions
Benefits
Handles large volumes of legislation suggestions without errors
No more waiting for suggestions to generate
Work continues uninterrupted while suggestions are processed

Spacewell OneUI: Cleaner, more consistent lists
Info
Several improvements have been made to list overviews as part of the ongoing alignment with the Spacewell OneUI design system. Column header tooltips are now shown on hover instead of via a separate icon, sorting icons have been updated, and the row selection icon and highlight color have been refreshed — resulting in cleaner, less cluttered list overviews.
As a user
I want list overviews to be clean, consistent, and easy to navigate
So that I can work efficiently without unnecessary visual distractions
Tooltips on hover reduce visual clutter in list headers
Updated sorting and selection icons aligned with the Spacewell design system

Admin for system administrators
Flexible QR code size configuration
Info
Two new settings have been added to QR code field configuration, giving customization administrators control over how QR codes are displayed. The display size can be set to small, medium, or large, while the export size — used in PDF exports and other templates — can be set to any pixel value.
As a customization administrator
I want to configure the size of QR codes for both the application and exports
So that QR codes are clearly readable in every context they are used
Benefits
QR code display size on screen configurable to small, medium, or large instead of always small
Export size fully customizable in pixels for use in PDF templates

Configure SLA schedules based on any field
Info
SLA schedules can now be based on more than just priority. For custom workflows, customization administrators can configure any field — such as a supplier, building, or contract field — as an SLA determination factor. When the object matches the configured value, the planned response or completion date is set based on that specific SLA schedule, allowing for much more granular SLA configuration.
As a customization administrator
I want to define SLA schedules based on any field in my custom workflows
So that SLA deadlines accurately reflect the specific context of each request or work order
Benefits
SLAs in custom workflows can be defined per supplier, building, contract, or any field
More precise deadline management tailored to your organization's needs
Builds on the existing SLA functionality without replacing it
