Asset for key users
View maintenance data across multiple selected locations
Info
The “Select my location(s)” filter, already available on other dashboards, is now also supported on maintenance-related startboards such as Preventive Maintenance and Long-Term Maintenance Planning (LTMP).

Admin for system administrators
Smarter time zone handling for resources via building address
Info
When calculating availability for reservable resources, the system now considers the building’s address time zone if no regime is linked or the regime has no time zone set.
Previously, a regime had to be linked to a building to specify the time zone, even if no availability restrictions were needed. Regime time zones, if set, are still applied to avoid any regressions.
This makes configuration cleaner and avoids the need for empty 24/7 regimes just to specify a time zone.
As a user managing reservable resources
I want the system to use the building address time zone when no regime time zone is set
So that availability calculations are accurate without extra regime setup, while still respecting existing regime time zones
Benefits
Simplifies configuration for reservable resources
Eliminates the need for 24/7 regimes just to set the correct time zone for the building in Workplace
Maintains existing regime time zones for backward compatibility
Ensures accurate availability calculations for buildings
Cleaner and more maintainable setup
