To make SSO setup and management more accessible, a new “SSO settings” button is now available on the administrator startboard when SSO isactivated. Through this button, administrators can directly access all relevant SSO settings, logs, and error details — previously only available viaClient settings → Authentication tab → SSO operations.

A new technical info icon has been added to all object pages and is visible only to administrators. When clicked, it opens a pop-up showing key technical details of the object, such as the unique reference, database ID, and bookmark. This makes important identifiers easier to access for debugging and integration testing.

Additional validation has been added to the general administrator configuration- which is used for various background processes- to prevent potential issues.
The system now checks whether the configured general administrator meets key requirements, such as being an active user, part of the Administrator system group, and having the correct license type. If any conditions are not met, an alert is shown when any administrator logs in.

A new option has been added to retry sending work orders to the Asset App when they were not processed correctly the first time.
On the Technical details tab of a work order, administrators now see a “Resend work order to Asset App” action when the work order has been sent but the dispatch ID (token) is still in pending status. Selecting this action resends the work order to the Asset App.

It is now possible to choose which (custom) form to use in the Asset App when assigning a work order to a user. Any form created and published in the Asset App backend is automatically synced to Asset (name and reference only) and can be selected from a new field on the work order. By default, the form defined in the Asset App external app is used, but additional forms can be chosen for specific work orders when needed.

A new module setting, “Use asset codes”, controls availability of these features. When enabled, asset managers can manage asset codes and schemes via a new Asset code schemes menu in the Asset navigation
