Changes

GO | Expanded menu by default after login The navigation menu in GO now opens in the expanded state by default after login. This change makes it easier to see available options right away and helps users move through the product more quickly. It is intended to improve the overall experience by making navigation more visible and accessible from the start.
GO | Reservation time is retained when changing the date Reservation booking now keeps the selected start and end time when the From/Start date is changed after a custom time range has been chosen. This prevents the reservation duration from resetting to the default 30-minute slot and helps avoid unintended shorter reservations. This improvement applies across Create Reservation, Calendar View, and the Add Visitor Form, making the behavior more consistent and predictable. The existing default behavior remains the same for new reservations, so if no custom time has been selected, the system will still suggest the next available 30-minute time slot.
GO | Improved room search sorting for better capacity matching Room search results were previously sorted by Name (A–Z). With this update, when a participant count is included in the search, results are now sorted by Capacity (Low → High) by default. This helps smaller suitable rooms appear first, making it easier to choose a room that fits the group size and supports better overall room utilization.
GO | Description field added for reservable resources With this enhancement, the description field is now available and visible on the Reservable Settings page for reservable areas, assets (equipment), and catalog items (services) in the IWMS. Once filled in, this description is displayed in the GO when end users create a reservation, giving them better context before booking a resource. What's New:

GO | Default cost center preselection during reservation creation Workplace now automatically fills in the user’s default cost center during reservation creation, helping reduce manual steps and speed up booking. If no default cost center is available, the field remains empty. Users can still change the cost center before saving the reservation. If the Reservation For field is changed later, the selected cost center will stay as it is and can be updated manually if needed.
Workplace | Reservations – Services availability control per room With this enhancement, the option to add services (such as catering) is now automatically shown or hidden based on whether services are permitted for the selected room. Previously, users could attempt to add services to rooms where it was not allowed, resulting in unnecessary error messages at the reservation confirmation stage. This update streamlines the booking experience by preventing that confusion upfront. What's New:

Workplace | AI reservation assistant Workplace now includes an AI assistant that lets users create, change, move, or cancel reservations using simple natural language instead of navigating forms and menus. This makes booking faster and easier for new users, and sets the foundation for more AI-driven workplace actions in future releases. Users can simply type what they need, and the assistant helps complete the action more naturally and intuitively. This removes friction from everyday booking tasks and makes the overall reservation experience feel much more effortless, making reservations not only quicker but also much more user-friendly and accessible. This release brings a smarter, more modern way to interact with workplace services.
Kiosk | Next-Generation room displays The new Room Display delivers a more modern and intuitive experience, making it easier for users to check room availability, reserve a room, and manage meetings directly from the screen. It is designed to speed up everyday booking tasks while improving visibility of room status for employees. For administrators, the new experience reduces maintenance effort because devices can stay up to date with the latest improvements, while existing TD-1070 devices continue to be supported. Users can transition to the new Room Display on existing screens through Device Control, while the current Room Display remains supported for existing use cases. The rollout will happen incrementally, starting with the core reservation experience and expanding further over time. This approach supports a smooth transition to the new Room Display without disrupting existing deployments.
Studio | Studio 1.0 to Studio 2.0 migration As part of the migration from Studio 1.0 to Studio 2.0, several administrative settings have been transitioned to support a more unified and consistent administration experience under the OneUI initiative. This includes the General settings tab, Regional Settings tab, Kiosk features, and Dashboard features. With this update, administrators can manage these settings in Studio 2.0 through a more streamlined experience, reducing the need to switch between interfaces for core configuration tasks. |
Bugs
key | Touchpoint | Release Notes |
GO | Consistent room availability across the calendar and live data An issue has been fixed where the Calendar view showed a resource as available even when it was blocked or unavailable in Live Data. The Calendar now correctly reflects room unavailability, in line with other reservation views. The implemented solution consolidates overlapping unavailable and regime periods into a single unavailability status for consistent calendar rendering.
GO | Workplace now supports configured past start times again An issue has been fixed where past reservations could not be created correctly in Workplace, even when that was allowed by configuration. Users can now select past start times again according to the configured limit, as long as the reservation end time is still in the future. The implemented solution restores the previous past-time selection behavior that had been unintentionally disabled.
Studio | Floorplan text visibility restored in GO An issue has been fixed where text on floor plans was not visible in GO for drawings without a text fill. The implemented solution restores rendering for text elements with no fill by displaying them as black.
Studio | Improved SVG floorplan uploads in the studio An issue has been fixed where some SVG floor plans could get stuck while uploading to Studio. With this fix, users can now upload these floor plans normally without the loading screen spinning indefinitely. A small update was made to improve how SVG files are read during upload.
Studio | Mini display configuration now supports a full space list with Improved search Earlier, in device control for mini display configuration, if a region had many spaces, users could only see the first 100 items in the list, making some rooms and workplaces missing. Now, with this fix, the list loads more spaces as users scroll, and search looks through all the available spaces within the selected region, making it easier to find the right space.
Device control | Resolved duplicate email notifications for offline MRDs An issue has been fixed where MRD offline notifications were sent three times for the same device instead of once. The implemented solution adds a lock to the email trigger interval to ensure only one notification cycle runs at a time, preventing duplicate offline emails. |
