Platform | Battery values for LoRa sensors Battery level information for LoRa sensors is now available via the Sensor Health Notification and data exports. The following updates are included:
| |
Platform | Early warning when capacity is almost reached Utilization automation rules have been expanded to support an early warning notification when occupancy is approaching the maximum capacity, in addition to the existing full capacity alert. This early warning is triggered when the Quiet (max) capacity of a configured space is reached. By configuring the Quiet (max) capacity below the actual maximum capacity (for example, actual capacity minus a defined margin), admins can receive a notification before full capacity is reached.
Platform | Enhances brain rule for “Confirm upcoming reservation” The No-Show confirmation link now behaves differently depending on when it is accessed:
| |
Platform | Spacewell app system requirements The system requirements for the Spacewell Apps are now available on our support portal, providing customers with easy access to compatibility information, especially when using their own hardware. More information here: https://support.spacewell.com/space/KB/4357490554/System+Requirements+for+Workplace+apps
GO | Duplicate visitor detection when adding visitors Workplace now checks for duplicate visitor entries when adding new visitors. If a user attempts to add a visitor with the same details as an existing record (such as name, email, company, visit time, and host), the system will warn that the visitor already exists and prevent creating a duplicate entry This validation applies to:

Room Finder | Room Finder 2.0 Outlook add-in available Room Finder 2.0 introduces several improvements over the existing add-in, based on customer feedback:
Room Finder 2.0 enables users to find and select meeting rooms directly from Outlook when creating a meeting, view room availability and occupancy on a floor plan, and access room details such as capacity, images, and location. Room recommendations continue to be based on the number of meeting participants, using the existing Room Finder capacity logic. Both the original Room Finder and Room Finder 2.0 are currently supported. The original Room Finder will be phased out at the start of 2026. |
Bugs
Key | Touchpoint | Release note |
Platform | SSO login user auto-creation – case sensitivity fix In some SSO login scenarios, a user could fail to be auto-created in Cobundu even though they existed in the connected system (e.g., Axxerion). This happened when the user identifier differed only by letter casing (e.g., uppercase/lowercase), causing a collision during user lookup/creation and preventing login. This has been fixed by handling user lookup and auto-creation case-insensitively, ensuring users can be created and sign in successfully even when the SSO identifier casing differs.
Studio | Floorplan upload and location mapping issue Fixed an issue where newly uploaded SVG floorplans could not be configured in Studio, causing the configuration screen to load indefinitely. Floorplan upload and location mapping now work as expected.
GO | Number of participants incorrect when booking from floor plan When creating a reservation from the floor plan in GO, the number of participants could not be increased to the full room capacity. For example, rooms with a capacity of 6 only allowed selecting up to 5 participants. This issue did not occur when creating reservations via the create reservation flow. This has been fixed, and the number of participants now correctly reflects the room’s capacity regardless of whether the reservation is created from the floor plan or via the create reservation screen.
GO | GO Calendar time slot selection issue In the Calendar, certain available time slots could not be selected when creating a reservation from the calendar view. For example, half-hour and one-hour slots earlier in the day appeared unavailable, even though the room was correctly configured to be bookable during that time range. Later time slots could still be selected, and once selected, the reservation timeframe could be adjusted manually. This issue has been fixed. Available time slots in the Calendar can now be selected correctly across the full configured booking window, ensuring consistent behavior when creating reservations.
GO | Recurring reservations not loading in GO The My Reservations page could become unresponsive and fail to load when a user had recurring reservations created. As a result, users could not view their recurring reservations. This issue has been fixed, and recurring reservations now load correctly in My Reservations.
Workplace app | Improved QR code scanning Low-quality printed QR codes could not be scanned in the Workplace app on iOS. This has been resolved by adding pinch-to-zoom support to the in-app QR code scanner, allowing users to zoom in when scanning smaller or lower-quality printed QR codes.
Workplace app | Find a colleague stability and performance improvements Fixed an issue where Find a colleague could become unresponsive and crash on mobile when loading a large number of reservations. The screen now loads more reliably and handles large reservation datasets more efficiently on both iOS and Android. |
