Reservations – Services availability control per room

With this enhancement, the option to add services (such as catering) is now automatically shown or hidden based on whether services are permitted for the selected room. Previously, users could attempt to add services to rooms where it was not allowed, resulting in unnecessary error messages at the reservation confirmation stage. This update streamlines the booking experience by preventing that confusion upfront.

What's New:

  • The "Add Services" option is now hidden for rooms where services are not permitted, reducing confusion during the booking process.
  • Users can only select services for eligible rooms, preventing unexpected errors at the reservation confirmation stage.

User preferences – Time format setting (12hr / 24hr)

With this enhancement, users can now set their preferred time format — 12hr or 24hr — directly from User Preferences in both GO and Workplace Apps. Previously, GO always displayed time in 24hr format while Workplace Apps relied on device settings, leading to an inconsistent experience across the two touchpoints. This update standardises time display and puts the choice in the user's hands.

What's New:

  • A new Time Format preference (12hr / 24hr) is available under User Preferences in both GO and Workplace Apps, allowing users to choose the format they are most comfortable with
  • Any change made to the time format on one touchpoint is automatically synced to the other, ensuring a consistent experience across GO and Workplace Apps at all times
  • The preference persists across sessions and devices, eliminating the need to reconfigure on every login
  • Reduces confusion for users accustomed to the 12-hour format, particularly those from regions where it is more commonly used

Visitor management – Building-Level access control

With this enhancement, visitor access can now be configured at the building level, ensuring that visitor workflows are only available in buildings that operationally support them. Previously, users could invite visitors across all buildings. This was particularly causing issues if there are buildings which do not support/allow Visitors. This update brings greater control and clarity to both hosts and visitors.

What's New:

  • Visitor access can be enabled or restricted per building.
  • The Location dropdown only lists buildings where visitor access is enabled, preventing hosts from inviting visitors to unsupported locations.
  • Bulk visitor imports are validated against buildings where visitor access is permitted.
  • For buildings where visitor access is disabled, the Invite Visitors section will be restricted and display an appropriate message.
  • Eliminates visitor-related confusion in buildings without reception support, ensuring a clear and predictable arrival experience for both hosts and visitors.
  • For existing buildings, Visitor registration defaults to enabled upon release — administrators can update this per building where needed

Visitor management – Building-Level car registration control

With this enhancement, the car registration field on the visitor form can now be configured at the building level. Previously, the car registration toggle was shown by default for all buildings. This behaviour was confusing buildings where visitor parking is not available. Also, in some cases, users assumed that parking reservation was automatically done by the system by entering a Car registration number.

This update gives administrators the flexibility to control where this field appears, reducing confusion for hosts.

What's New:

  • Car registration fields can now be enabled or disabled at the building level, ensuring they only appear where relevant.
  • When car registration is disabled for a building, the Car: Yes / No toggle is hidden on both the Add Visitor and View Visitor forms for that building.
  • During bulk visitor import, records containing license plate information for buildings where car registration is not allowed & will be blocked with a clear validation message.
  • The Location selection on the Add Visitor form has been moved to the top, ensuring the car registration field reflects the correct building configuration as soon as a location is selected.
  • For existing buildings, car registration defaults to enabled upon release — administrators can update this per building where needed.

  • Host contact details are displayed in read-only mode on the My Visitors detail overview screen and are only shown when a value is present
  • Excel templates for Adhoc Visitors and Visitors with Reservations have been updated to include the new "Host contact details" column
  • The following column headers in the Adhoc template have been updated for date format clarity:

GO

Outlook reservations can no longer be cancelled in GO or Mobile

We have updated GO and the Workplace mobile app so that reservations created in Outlook can no longer be cancelled from these applications, because cancellation changes cannot be synchronised back to your Outlook calendar and could create confusion. Instead, Outlook-created reservations must be managed directly in Outlook, and GO and mobile will show only a Close option with an informational message for these bookings.

GO

Fix for missing completion notifications for recurring reservations

We fixed an issue where recurring reservation requests showed the initial submitted notification, but did not send the follow-up completion notification after processing. This issue was caused by a side effect of tenant migration activities, and recurring reservation notifications now work as expected.

QUEEN-10405

GO

Fixed reservation confirmations not being processed by brain rules

We fixed an issue that caused some confirmed reservations to be cancelled by Brain Rules because user confirmation responses were not being processed correctly during a service malfunction after an automatic restart. Reservation confirmations are now handled as expected, preventing unintended bulk cancellations in affected regions.

QUEEN-10444

GO

Fixed Incorrect reservations displayed for new users

We fixed an issue where some users could temporarily see reservations belonging to other people in the My reservations view, mainly during the first login of a newly created account. The issue was caused by an incorrect person reference during automatic user creation, and reservations are now correctly linked and displayed for the signed-in user.

Fixed floor photo sync in the workplace app

We fixed an issue that caused only some floor photos to appear in the Workplace app even when images were configured for all floors in IWMS. The problem was caused by missing support for CMYK JPEG images, and floor photo synchronisation now works correctly with those images

MOB-36742
