GO | Accessibility improvements We have made several accessibility improvements across the application to better support keyboard navigation and assistive technologies, in line with WCAG guidelines. These improvements include:

GO Workplace app | Enhancements to the Cost Center field We have improved how Cost Center information is captured during reservations. The Cost Center field has been moved from the Add-ons tab to the Reservation Details tab, making it available for room, workplace, and parking reservations. The field appears only when cost centers are configured and can be searched, but is not pre-filled. It remains optional unless services or equipment are added, in which case existing rules may require it. If a mandatory cost center is missing, users will be guided to the Reservation Details tab to complete it.
Mini Display | Manual login and logout for Mini display app The Mini Display now supports manual login and logout directly on the device, giving administrators more control when configuring or managing displays on site. Admins can log in locally to enter or update credentials, without relying solely on remote configuration. A secure logout mechanism is also available, allowing credentials to be cleared and reconfigured when needed. |

GO | Login error on laptops due to incorrect device detection We fixed an issue Where GO could show a This has been resolved by improving how screen size, orientation, and scaling are detected. Workplace now correctly recognizes laptop devices across different resolutions and scaling settings, ensuring the application loads reliably without requiring screen rotation, external monitors, or workaround adjustments.
GO | Rotation error when using display scaling An issue was identified where GO could incorrectly show a rotation (landscape) error on laptops using higher display scaling (for example 150%), particularly on Windows devices. In these cases, the application could misinterpret the screen dimensions and treat the laptop as a mobile device. This has been resolved by improving how screen size and orientation are detected, including better handling of display scaling settings. As a result, GO now loads correctly on laptops with increased scaling, without triggering the rotation error.
Device Control | Locations not being displayed in Content Administrator An issue occurred in the Content Administrator section where assigned locations were no longer shown in the overview list for existing content items. Even though locations were correctly configured, the “Apply to location(s)” column appeared empty, making it unclear where content was applied. This has been fixed by correcting how locations are fetched and displayed in the admin overview. Assigned buildings and locations are now shown correctly for all content items.
Kiosk app | Kiosk devices incorrectly shown as offline An issue was identified where kiosk devices could appear offline in Device Control or lose their configuration, even though they were physically online. This could happen during intermittent network interruptions, causing the kiosk app to drop stored credentials and require reconfiguration. This has been resolved by improving how the kiosk app handles offline scenarios. Device credentials are now retained when network connectivity is temporarily lost, preventing kiosks from disconnecting unexpectedly and improving stability in environments with unstable networks. |
