Colors can be defined using CSS color codes. For more information you can click on the "?" next to the titles.
Info
Web Kiosk List View will always show default colors and will not be effected by this timeline background color setting.
In the Kiosks settings you can configure which floorplans must be added to the Web Kiosk, as well as a couple of additional options.
A list of currently configured kiosks is shown. Select “Add new” in the top right of the Kiosk section to add a new floor.
First thing we need is the “location ID” of the floor we want to set up in Web Kiosk.
For example the Location ID for floor “2nd floor” in Spacewell Antwerp offices is “910000000004545”
World view
When the world view map is enabled, the floor drawing will be mapped to and shown on a real world map in kiosk.
The user can zoom in and out, to see where the floor is located in the world.
To configure this go to <Tenant> > Settings > World View: To find the right coordinates go to google maps and identify the coordinates.
- In the coordinates (lat, ing) column you need to enter the right coordinates, so that the plan appears at the right spot in the world.
- In the drawing rotation (degrees) column you can enter the angle the plan needs to be rotated in order to fit at the right spot on a default north-oriented world map.
Info
Note: This might be a somewhat trial and error to get it exactly right.
Space Type
Enable space type if a toggle must be visible that enables space type filter (meeting rooms, workplaces, parking) in kiosk.
Plan rotation
- By default plans are oriented such that up is north, plan rotation = 0.
- However, in certain cases the floorplan on the kiosk needs to be rotated, depending on the kiosk location and depending on the user looking towards the kiosk.
- You can change the default orientation view via the plan rotation setting.
- In this example we set the plan rotation to 45 degrees:

'You are here' - marker (X, Y)
- Set the coordinates to place the 'You are here'-marker.
- Be aware that the marker is only visible for the floor you selected upfront. Switching floors on the kiosk will not show any other markers as you are simply 'not' there.
Don't forget to save your changes by clicking "Save Changes" at the bottom of the Kiosks setting screen.
Your plan is now added to the kiosk lists.
Go to https://go.cobundu.com/ : your newly added floorplan is now part of the kiosk Mode selection list.
More than one kiosk per floor
Having more than one kiosk per floor is supported by creating multiple kiosk entries and linking them to the same location.
On the GO > Kiosk Mode selection screen, where you chose which kiosk to launch, you'll see the multiple kiosks appear for the same floor, "Belgium" and "Belgium (2)".
However, once the kiosk is launched, and you did not enable fixed floor, the list of floors is filtered, only showing 1 kiosk per floor.
This means that when you select "Belgium", you will not see "Belgium (2) in the choice list, you will only see "Belgium" and other floors.
It’s therefore not possible to set up more than one kiosk per floor in combination with switching to another floor in the same building, ie “Fixed Floor” needs to be selected for these floors.
