Here you record your policy on how you want to deal with fire safety aspects.
The levels to select are:
1 - New construction + (NB +)
2 - New construction (NB)
3 - Intermediate level (TN)
4 - Minimum existing construction (BB)
5 - Existing construction reduced (BB -)
6 - Unspecified (--)
Under 'Plot, Category and Function', you can enter space levels 1, 2 and 3 from the Standard Space List (SRL).
The remaining levels from this list are entered at building component level Building components
In the Risk Priority Matrix, you record your prioritisation of the risks specified in NEN, whereby an action is assigned a priority after inspection based on the value set in the Risk/Priorities Matrix. The Planning can be scheduled by priority.
Explanation of the NEN 6059 standard
NEN 6059 part 1 is an instrument (baseline fire safety assessment of buildings) for inspecting existing buildings for fire safety in a uniform manner.
This makes it possible to compare the current state of the fire safety of buildings with one another ('benchmarking').
NEN 6059 part 2 is an instrument (fire safety condition assessment of buildings) that enables building owners, managers and users to maintain the fire safety level of a building established in NEN 6059 part 1.
Part 2 can only be applied in conjunction with NEN 6059 part 1.
Note: NEN6059 is a withdrawn standard (it is no longer maintained); however, the method is still used in the maintenance sector. For this reason, it is still part of the software.
