Maintenance Planning has predefined reports, which means that you have no influence on the layout. In this tab, you can add extra text to the “Cover page” and “Financial planning” reports that is specific to this building.
You can also add documents here that can be included as attachments to a report that you compose yourself. This can be done under System administration-Report management-Reports
