After reading this article, you’ll be able to:
- check status of submitted service requests in GO web portal
In My Service Requests, you can check the status of submitted service requests or create a new request (for more details on this, see GO - Create Service request).
Quickly filter on the creation date using the date filters at the top left, or search on a key word using the search bar at the top right.
Click on a Service Request to get more details like Location, Service type, Subject, Description, see attachments or the request status.

The default view shows open requests. Use the filter function to also see closed requests.
