Create Service requests via the Workplace App or in the GO web portal.
Users need the Workplace permission “servicerequests.create” to create and see service requests (see Roles and Profiles).

How to handle a request
After creating the request in the Workplace App, a request is made in Asset. The Service desk employee can then assign the request so that the request can be handled further.
