When a maintenance action has been performed and marked as complete in Maintenance Planning, the completed action is displayed here. This includes the start year in which the action was planned and, if applicable, the completion date and actual costs, accompanied by a comment. This is where you retain the maintenance history of the relevant building component.

Below is an overview of the actions after they have been marked as complete. The start year has been changed based on the cycle, and the Action history tab shows that a line has been added.
If an action has a cycle of 0, it is an action that is performed once. When it is marked as complete, the action is moved to the history and is no longer visible as an action under the building component.
The Action history tab displays the completed action, the date it was marked as complete, and who completed the action. The data in this line cannot be edited, but the line can be deleted. Please note: Deleting the line does not automatically change the start year of the action in the Actions tab back to its original value. This must then be adjusted manually.
