Actions

When you add a building component from a reference, the maintenance actions are also added.

A maintenance action indicates what the work involves, the year in which it first takes place, the cycle, and the costs per action quantity.

You can also add more information. This depends on the organisation; what must a multi-year maintenance plan meet? These are often financial requirements, for example: Give me an overview of all investment maintenance, or a demarcation of the costs per user of an object.

For the above questions, you can use the Handeling-fonds fields for the type of maintenance and Handeling-kostensoort for the demarcation. You can add these fields using the column selector, which you can find under Grid settings

The icons shown in the red box are described below. You can find explanations of the other icons under Overview of the Icons

image-20250731-132215.png Mark the action as completed. Once the maintenance has been carried out, you can mark the action as completed. This adjusts the start year of the action based on the action cycle. If the cycle is 0, the action is removed from the overview (and moved to the history). When marking the action as completed, you can enter the completion date, the actual costs, and a comment. The completed action can be found in the Action History tab and in the Historyle History module.
