In the Dashboard module, standard graphical analyses are visible, such as:
· Maintenance costs per year
· Average costs per object
· Maintenance costs per fund code
· Maintenance costs per cost type
· Maintenance costs per main code (classification)
Filters:

Enter the start year of the forecast
Number of years:
The number of years for the analysis
The analysis is displayed:
Within the analysis, you can click diagrams to apply a kind of filtering. See the example “Maintenance costs per fund code” below.
By clicking fund code 20 (green in this example), you get the following analysis, in which fund code 20 has been used as a filter.
To clear the filter, click “Clear” in the top-left corner of the diagram.
To view the contents of the various pie slices, move your mouse over the diagram. The description of the pie slices will then be displayed. In the example below, the cursor is on the green/yellow area, which in this diagram represents the Painting work portion, including the costs.
