Available both for iOS and Android, Push notifications provide instant updates and direct access to reservation details, eliminating the need to actively open the app.
Requirements
- User needs to be logged in to the app
- Push notifications need to be enabled for the app
Notification Messages
Similar to Notification center, the messages for which Push Notification are sent are:
- Reservation created by a colleague
- Reservation shared by a colleague
Push Notification Behavior
Receive notifications on the lock screen.
When opening a notification, the app is opened and the reservation detail screen for the selected reservation will be shown.
The opened notification is then set to “read” status in the Notification center.
