Required Setup

Below instructions are specific to the Space Occupancy dashboards. Make sure to also check the FAQ in Dashboards.

  1. ‪Map Workplace Space Classes with Space Classifications as described in Dashboard settings

    • Work Spaces: needs to be IWMS workplace object

    • Focus Spaces: needs to be IWMS room object
    • Meeting Spaces: needs to be IWMS room object

    • More details about the “Minimum Occupied Duration” (which should be seen as a “granularity in regards to occupation data aggregation”), can be found on Sensor raw data translated into timeslot data. Best practice is to leave the default set to 15 minutes.
  2. Room capacity needed for rooms where efficiency is measured.

    1. If Reservable Rooms have been set up, but efficiency is not in scope, check Setting the capacity and thresholds of spaces on what to do.

  3. Sensor installation was done according to instructions
