Spacewell AI Assistant: Features & Limitations

Difficulty: novice

Learning Objectives

After reading this article, you’ll be able to:

  • work with Spacewell AI Assistant
  • identify potential limitations of the AI Assistant

The Spacewell Workplace AI Assistant is a conversational interface built into the Spacewell Workplace product (GO & Workplace Mobile Apps). It enables users to manage workspace reservations and access workplace information using natural language — reducing the need to navigate complex menus or fill out multiple forms.

How does it work?

The AI Assistant is embedded within the Workplace product as a dedicated screen, accessible via a menu item on the web application (Workplace web (Go)) and a floating action button on The Workplace App home screen. Users can type requests in plain language to search, create, modify, and cancel reservations.

Example interactions:

  • "Cancel all my reservations next Friday."
  • "Is Meeting Room B available at 2 PM today?"

Supported features

The AI Assistant operates in text-only mode.
