- assign the required permissions to users that should get access to AI Assistant
Access to the AI Assistant is currently limited to a select group of tenants as part of a controlled rollout.
To request access, please contact your Account Manager.
How to get access?
After approval of your request, Spacewell will enable the AI Assistant module for your Workplace tenant.
Once the AI Assistant is enabled for your tenant, follow below steps to grant users access.
Customer admin:
- Log in to https://studio.cobundu.com/ , navigate to the Users & Roles section.
- Enable the “AIAssistant.view” permission for the relevant Users / Roles.
Before first use, users will have to agree to Spacewell AI Assistant specific terms of use.

Only users with the “AIAssistant.view” permission enabled will be able to access the AI Assistant on the GO and Workplace Mobile apps.
