O-Prognose V1
This allows you to import data from O-Prognose into Maintenance Planning using a new import.
Import Object(s):
With the Ultimate version, you have the option to enter the data in another application language. You can select a language from the drop-down list.
If the import file (an oprognose.zip file) is intended to be used as a reference file, check the box, select the o-prognose.zip file and click Upload. This file will not be placed in the project explorer, but will only be visible when you select it as a reference when adding building components and/or activities.
You can find the file under System Administration-Data Management-Reference Management.
If you want to import objects from O-Prognose, select all objects in O-Prognose and export them to an O-Prognose zip file. Put all these zip files in one folder. Compress this folder into a zip file in your file explorer.
Now select New import, add the zipped folder as the file and select Upload.
The files are then included in the Project Explorer. If you do not see them, go to Roles and Authorizations-Users. Here you can grant read permissions per user.
Import Reference Finding(s), Classification(s) and Work Description(s):
Here you can import reference files from O-Prognose, such as Reference Findings (part 2 of NEN2767), a classification file and a work descriptions file.
You also have the option to select a reference language.
