At Activity level, you have the option to budget the standard amounts. All budgets for the standard amounts created in Maintenance Planning are included here in a library.
You can export and import the budget rules. For example, you can export the budget rules in an OP.2 file and send them to a consultancy firm or cost expert. They can import the data into their own Maintenance Planning environment, make adjustments there and, if necessary, add or remove budget rules. The OP.2 file can then be imported back into your own environment, which adjusts the prices in the budget.
You also have the option of adjusting hourly rates, materials, equipment, etc. yourself within this module, meaning that these changes are immediately applied to the budget. This applies when the Activity ID is the same as the Activity ID in the budget.
