Here, you can add and remove categories or import new lists using an Op2 file.
Reference findings:
Here you will find the defects included in the selected defect list.
Here, you can modify, copy, remove and/or add defects at your own discretion.
NEN2767-2008 to NEN2767-2025
From 2026 onwards, the defect lists from NEN2767-2025 have been implemented in Maintenance Planning and Reference 2026.
If you are still working with the NEN2767-2008 version and want to switch, you can do so as follows:

How do you link the defect list to the building components?
Then select the NEN2767(2025) wizard
The following screen appears.
Select the objects on which the conversion should be performed.
The following screen appears.
The next step is Check conversion. This shows what will be changed compared to the previous version.
Cancel: This returns you to the Reference findings screen.
Back: This returns you to the screen where you select the objects for this conversion.
Process: This applies the conversion and displays the screen below.
