If you select a finding here, you will see the data entered during the condition assessment in the Details tab. First, you will find the general data, followed by the condition assessment values.

You can make changes in both sections.
The condition assessment also includes an AUDIT, which indicates who entered the assessment and the date it was entered. This data cannot be changed.
Actions tab
Here you will find the action(s) linked to the defect. You can mark these actions as completed here. The action will then be moved to History.
