Here you will find an overview of all identified findings entered for the building components of the object selection.
The icons in the image below that are marked in red are explained. For an explanation of the other icons, see Overview of the Icons .
Deleting a Finding/Findings
Here you have the option to permanently delete one or more findings from the overview.
Deterioration wizard
This adds the Deterioration finding to the relevant building components based on user-defined settings. For more information about applying the Deterioration defect, please refer to NEN2767-1.
Deterioration Wizard:
The Deterioration Wizard checks all Building Components in the selection to determine whether a NEN2767 defect list is linked that includes the Deterioration defect. The correct Deterioration defect is then added based on the construction year and the service life of the building component. This always occurs with an extent of 5 (>= 70%). PLEASE NOTE: if other non-Deterioration defects have also been identified for the building component, you must adjust the extent of the Deterioration defect yourself, depending on the applicable situation for calculating the condition score of the building component when there are multiple defects.
When the 'Generate Deterioration defects' Wizard is used, the applicable percentage of Deterioration for the building component is calculated based on the construction year and the service life of the building component. If no construction year has been recorded for the building component, the construction year at Object level is used. If no service life has been recorded for the building component, the longest cycle (in years) of the action(s) recorded for the building component is used.
Example:
Construction year of building component: 2009
Service life: 18 years
Current year: 2025
End of service life: 2009 + 18 = 2027
Deterioration:
The current year is 2025, so the building component is 16 years old
Age 16 / Service life 18 = 0.889. The deterioration is 88.9% of the service life. Depending on the condition requirement, the Deterioration >= 87.5% or Deterioration >=75% of the service life defect is then added.
With an Extent of 5, this results in Condition 4 and 3, respectively.
Click the wizard icon, and the following screen appears
Generate from year: you generally enter the current calendar year here
How do you want to determine the deterioration?: You have two options here:
- Automatically: The correct deterioration percentage is added based on the condition requirement of the building component. With a condition requirement of 3, deterioration is added up to >= 75%; with a condition requirement of 4, deterioration is added up to >=87.5%. The condition requirement for the building component is checked first, and if it is not available, the condition requirement for the object is used. An information field appears indicating the number of building components to which the finding was added.
The finding(s) have been added to the building components.
- Manually
With Manually, you specify which condition scores you want to allow as a result of the Deterioration defect. You can select up to a maximum of 2, 3 or 4 here. In the example below, condition score 2 or 3 has been selected.
An information field appears indicating, among other things, the number of building components to which the finding was added
