Step 1: Preparing an object or objects for inspection
In Maintenance Planning, select an object to be inspected (Advanced) or Objects (Ultimate). You do this under Object selection.
Click Object selection:
Select the object or objects you want to inspect on the screen.
You will then see the following screen
In the row of icons, select the “Inspect selected object” icon.
After you have done this, the following screen will appear.
Objects: The selected object or objects.
Inspector: Here you can specify which inspector is assigned to the object.
Discipline: Here you can enter the discipline, so that only the building components belonging to that discipline are visible for the inspection.
Language: The language in which the inspection is conducted. (Ultimate)
As soon as you click Save, the message below will appear and the object will be prepared in the Inspections module.
If you have already prepared an object for inspection and select the object again to prepare it for inspection, the message below will appear.
In the main menu, select the Inspections module.
The following screen displays the objects that have been prepared for inspection.
