You can access the platform's status page at https://status.dexma.com/.
The website will display the current status of the platform systems:

- Web application: The platform's interface
- REST API: The API used by apps and the platform interface.
- Insertion APIs
- Default insertion API: The insertion API used by some datasources integrated using HTTP push
- FTP Bridge: The FTP service used by all datasources using FTP
If any maintenance is scheduled, or there have been recent incidents, they will be listed here:
You can subscribe to any updates via email or Slack integration to receive notifications when there is a planned maintenance that can impact the systems or there is an incident that affects the services by using the Get Updates button on the top right corner.
