Spacewell Inspection App
Maintenance Planning condition assessment
Inspect anywhere, on or offline: Inspect buildings and assets directly on site. Work online or offline, capture findings and photos, and sync everything with Maintenance Planning.
NEN 2767 fully supported: Perform full NEN 2767 condition assessments in the app. Both the 2008 and 2025 defect lists are supported.
Review, approve and update: After inspection, review the results in Maintenance Planning before approval. Once approved, the inspection data is applied to your assets, and you can start planning.
Maintenance Planning External Exports
Exports for external and third- party applications
Multiple purpose-built exports: Create export files directly from Maintenance Planning for use in other applications and processes. Each export is designed for a specific business or customer use case.
For different industries: Exports for HOA (VvE) management, financial reporting, housing corporations and generic 75-year planning.
Ready for migration: Key O-Prognose exports are now available in Maintenance Planning, removing an important migration barrier.
Maintenance Planning and Asset integration
Full blown Building Management solution
Connected applications: Link buildings, assets and tasks between Spacewell Asset and Maintenance Planning through the API.
One source, two workflows: Use asset data from Spacewell Asset directly in Maintenance Planning for inspections, condition assessments and maintenance planning.
Keep data aligned: Linked records remain connected across both applications, reducing duplicate data entry and improving consistency.
Buildings: Asset is leading. Buildings can be linked between both applications and synchronized bi-directionally.
Assets: Both applications can be leading. Assets can be synchronized in both directions between Asset and Maintenance Planning.
Tasks (Work Activity): Maintenance Planning is leading. Tasks are sent to Asset for execution, while completion or a rescheduled start year is sent back to Maintenance Planning.
