New URL for the Workplace app web version

The web version of the Workplace app has moved to a new address at workplaceapp.spacewell.com, as part of the migration from Cobundu to Spacewell branding. The previous address, go.cobundu.com, will continue to work alongside the new one, so existing links and bookmarks remain valid. Users are encouraged to update their bookmarks to the new URL.

Improve embedded Qlik dashboard appearance

Embedded Qlik dashboards now feel like a natural part of the OneUI experience. The outer padding and margins around the dashboard have been removed, allowing the content to use the available screen space more effectively. The Qlik logo is no longer shown in the embedded view, resulting in a cleaner and more integrated interface. The dashboard's own internal spacing remains unchanged, so readability is preserved. The update applies consistently wherever Qlik dashboards are embedded, with no change to dashboard functionality.

Reservation remarks visibility setting

Administrators can now control whether end users see the reservation remarks field. A new tenant-level toggle, Reservation remarks, is available in Studio → Settings → General Settings. When enabled, the remarks field appears and behaves as before during reservation creation and editing in GO and the Workplace App. When disabled, the field is hidden and existing remarks are no longer shown anywhere in the end-user flow, including the confirmation screen. The setting is enabled by default, so there is no change for existing tenants.

Restrict standalone service reservations

Administrators can now mark catering and catalog items as not reservable on their own. The "Reserve without area" switch is available on the catalog reservable page in IWMS and is enabled by default, so current behaviour is unchanged until an administrator turns it off. When disabled, the item is excluded from the standalone Services & equipment booking flow in GO and the Workplace App, so users only see services that can be booked separately. These items remain fully available as add-ons when reserving a room or workplace. If a restricted item is still submitted without a space, for example after a sync delay, the reservation is blocked an error message is shown explaining that the service cannot be reserved without also reserving a room.

Restrict Service Request creation per building

Administrators can now control where users are allowed to create Service Requests. Configuration is managed entirely in IWMS through a client-level setting that activates the restriction, combined with a per-building Yes/No value; when a building is left empty, the value is inherited from its parent property. Workplace (GO and Mobile Apps) retrieves this configuration and applies it at every Service Request entry point, including Live Data, Space Details, Create Reservation, Room details, and the My Service Requests tab. If a user attempts to create a request for a restricted building, submission is blocked an error message is displayed. No additional configuration is required in Workplace or Studio.

Service restrictions per room and floor

Services can now be restricted to specific rooms and floors, not just to a building. Workplace consumes the restriction configuration defined in IWMS and applies it during booking: when a user selects a room and opens the Add-ons tab, only the services permitted for that room are shown. Services without restrictions continue to be available everywhere, and floor-level restrictions automatically apply to the rooms within that floor. If a restricted service is submitted for a room that is not permitted, IWMS validation blocks the reservation an error message is displayed.

Adjust date and time directly from the search results screen

Changing the search criteria after running a search is now easier. On the available rooms, workplaces, and parking results screens, tapping the date and time banner at the top takes you straight to the "Widen up your search" section at the bottom of the same screen, where the search time can be adjusted without navigating back to the previous screen.

Faster QR code scanning in the Workplace mobile app

The in-app QR scanner has been replaced with a new component that recognises QR codes significantly faster, addressing the delays previously reported when scanning dense QR codes. The new scanner also adds pinch-to-zoom and a torch option for scanning in low-light conditions, making it easier to book spaces on the move.

Studio

Studio 1.0 to Studio 2.0 migration completed

As part of the migration from Studio 1.0 to Studio 2.0, the remaining administrative settings have been transitioned to Studio 2.0, supporting a more unified and consistent administration experience under the OneUI initiative. This includes the Work assistant (MCS tenant), floor plan views, and world views. Floor plan views and world views are now part of the existing Floor plan settings in Studio 2.0; administrators can access floor plan views by selecting a floor from the location selection panel on the Floor plan settings screen.

Administrators can now manage these settings in Studio 2.0 through a more streamlined experience, reducing the need to switch between interfaces for core configuration tasks. With this update, all settings from Studio 1.0 have been migrated and are fully operational in Studio 2.0.

AI Assistant Terms of Use now follows your profile language

The "Terms of Use" content in the AI Assistant is now shown in the language set in your profile, so French users see the French version instead of English.

Existing desk reservations now shown correctly on the calendar

An issue has been resolved where an existing desk reservation was not displayed on the calendar in GO, making the desk appear available even though it was already reserved. The calendar now shows all existing reservations, giving an accurate view of desk availability.

Clearer floor plans in reservation results and the mobile app

An issue has been resolved where the floor plan appeared very faint and was difficult to read when viewing reservation results on a floor plan in GO and in the mobile app. Floor plans and their icons are now displayed clearly, making it easier to find and select an available space.

Fixed app crash on devices using non-English languages

An issue has been resolved where the app could crash on iOS devices set to a non-English language, such as French, while loading animated images. The crash was caused by differences in how decimal values are interpreted across language settings. Image loading now reads these values directly from the device, independent of the selected language, so the app runs reliably in all supported languages.

Working Knowledge Base link in Device Health emails

An issue has been resolved where the Device Health notification email contained an outdated Knowledge Base link that led to a support page no longer available. The email now points to the correct, up-to-date support article.

Kiosk profiles can be edited again

An issue has been resolved where changes made to a kiosk profile could not be saved and an error was shown instead. This was caused by the way the screensaver image link was handled when saving. Kiosk profiles can now be opened, updated, and saved as expected.
