Reservation Sync

Multiple calendar connectors
Reservation Sync now supports multiple connectors per tenant, with primary support for Microsoft Exchange environments. This enables organizations to configure and manage more than one calendar connector within the same tenant.

A new externalConnectorRef identifier scopes sync configurations, resource mappings, notification processing, and related settings to the correct connector. The Reservation Sync interface now displays connector names and provides separate tabs for managing each connector’s sync settings and mappings.

• Recurring configuration information is now stored in the database instead of being entered repeatedly through form fields.

• Encryption keys are no longer displayed in the interface after they have been saved.

When a user is soft deleted directly in Microsoft Entra ID before disabling the account, provisioning skips the user and Microsoft don't send disable request to IPAAS,so user in Axxerion will remain active.

Reservation Sync

Improved multi-room booking handling
Reservation Sync now explicitly detects multi-room bookings that include a conflict in only one room, as well as bookings affected by room-removal scenarios.
These cases are handled separately from normal reservation processing, preventing an issue with one room from interrupting processing for the full booking or other reservations.
