This module consists of 2 tabs:
Actions tab
This consists of 2 parts: an overview of the completed actions and an overview of the defects that have been resolved.
Here you have the option to enter the actual costs if you have not already done so from the other modules, Actions and Planning.
If you have marked an action as complete when this was not intended, you can remove it here. You will then need to adjust the start year for the actions for the building component or in Planning, as this changes when an action is marked as complete.
Findings tab
Here you will find an overview of all completed findings for the property.
Here you have the option to remove completed findings.
