Reports

Here you have the option to create your own report consisting of one or more subreports.

The screen consists of two sections: “Reports” and “Composition”.

In the Reports section, you will find the standard reports included with Maintenance Planning, recognisable by the padlock icon.

In the example above, the “Total Report” report is selected, causing the “Composition” section to become visible on the screen. This shows which reports the “Total Report” consists of.

You can create a custom report in two ways.

·        Copy a standard report and then make changes to the composition, such as changing the order or adding a subreport; or

·        Create a completely new report.

Creating a new report means creating a composed report consisting of the subreports included in Maintenance Planning. These can be the standard subreports supplied with the software or subreports that you have created yourself.

To create your own report, go to System Administration – Report Management – Reports.

The following screen will then be displayed.

This screen shows an overview of all standard reports included in Maintenance Planning, which you can also see in the Reports main menu.

Click the “plus” icon to add a report to this overview.

Give the report a name; in this example, the name is “Report for Customers”.

By selecting this report on the left, a screen named Composition appears on the right-hand side of the screen.

In the “Composition” screen, click the “plus” icon to add a subreport. You cannot enter a name here; instead, click the filter icon to select a report available under the Subreports module.
