This means a room can appear reserved in one application while still appearing available in the other, which can lead to double bookings. Previously, these conflicts were resolved later by the reconciliation rollback process. With this improvement, the real-time sync flow can identify and resolve supported conflicts immediately for single-room, single-reservation scenarios, both inbound and outbound. | Workplace | |

In a room-centric setup, the reconciliation service does not have access to the user’s personal calendar. If the conflicting reservation was created in Outlook, the service cannot cancel the meeting directly from the user’s calendar, but it can decline the meeting request on behalf of the room resource. | Workplace |
