Solutions
In Spacewell Energy we like to say that we want to be by your side from the start of your project to the end, so everything you need is unified in a single platform.
Imagine now that you have a customer with 1,000 sites, where to start?
First of all, you need to Detect those sites with a smaller ROI and a higher savings potential. Then, you should focus on those sites selected and Analyse them in order to understand where the savings potential are and do something about it, start saving. Once all in order you want to keep a passive monitoring with Reports, alerts and dashboards from Analyse but also with the Anomalies' detection also called Optimise.
Well, in Spacewell Energy we have already implemented these 3 solutions: Detect, Analyse and Optimise.

About us
Since you have already started working with us, we will have a strong and close relationship together along your journey with Spacewell Energy, so we figured that you need to know a little bit about us!
How do we work?
Spacewell Energy currently has 6 different teams:

And we are more than 50 people in the company, based in Barcelona. Here you can meet all our team!
Support and Reporting
From now on, every time that you have a need or question about our Platform, you will be able to:
- Look for the solution in our Help Center
- Report it to us through our Help Center or directly to support.energy@spacewell.com. Please follow these guidelines when reporting an issue.
When you can't solve your issues with our Help Center and report a case, you can do the follow-up using the same Help Center site. For this, you will have to create a username and password to get into our ticketing system and track from there all your cases.
Once you have your credentials, through this tool you can check your cases' status and solve, reply or just close them.

Finally, every time you try to submit a new request, several articles will appear related to the Subject that might help you solve directly your request:
