After reading this article, you’ll be able to:
- Visualize which Automation scenarios have been enabled for your tenant
- Visualize for which locations Automation scenarios are enabled
Prerequisites
Request standard Automation scenarios (listed on Brain rules repository) or custom Automation scenarios through your Spacewell Account Manager.
How to access
- Go to https://studio.cobundu.com/
- Login with your credentials
- Select Setting > Automation in studio
Automation scenarios visualization
This features allows administrators to visualize:
- which Automation scenarios have been enabled for the selected tenant
- for which locations Automation scenarios are enabled
Good to know
Use ctrl+F to use the browser search functionality to look up locations names
The name of the same Automation might pop up multiple times in the list
- this is due to configuration in the back-end
- the different Automation scenarios might have the same or different parameters (for example a similar Automation might be set up with different lead times, sending messages 30min prior to reservation start for one location, and 15min prior to reservation start for another location)
